Ford Fiesta Movement and Geekadelphia Concert

Get ready to join Tim, Mikey and the rest of Geekadelphia for a FREE CONCERT at the Piazza at Schmidt's on Saturday, May 15. We'll be showcasing the talents of two bands: Case of the Mondays and Action Item.

Action Item is a pop rock band from New Jersey crafting songs with great melody, powerful, addictive choruses, and catchy hooks. Even though unsigned the band has tapped into a huge national fan base. They're showing no sign of slowing down just yet and will be rocking out with us in mid-May.

Case of the Mondays describes their profoundly catchy sound as Audio Karate. They're a 7-piece rock juggernaut hailing from the Philly burbs on both sides of the river. Empowered by intensity brought about from the combination of their rhythm, lyrics, and melodies that harken back to the likes of RX Bandits, Reel Big Fish and Less Than Jake.

If Team Philadelphia wins this mission, we'll be setting up a poll to send one of these lucky bands to Bonnaroo in June. Yes, seriously.
